the kp project (“we”, “us”) makes one-of-a-kind wooden jewelry and runs this website. We care about your privacy and collect as little as we can. This explains what we collect and your rights under the GDPR.
Who we are. the kp project — Kostas Papadimakis, based in Greece. Questions? Email studio@thekpproject.com.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address — only if you choose to join our list. We use it to let you know when new pieces and drops are available. Legal basis: your consent (you opt in, and confirm via a double opt-in email). You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
- Anonymous usage statistics — we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set cookies and does not collect personal data; it simply counts page views so we can improve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding what’s useful.
- Anything you send us — if you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not build profiles on you.
Who helps us process it
- MailerLite — our email provider; it stores the list and sends our emails (GDPR-compliant, EU/EEA).
- GoatCounter — cookieless website analytics.
- Hetzner — our website hosting.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. If you submit the signup form, our email provider may set a strictly-necessary cookie so the form works.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing — just email studio@thekpproject.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Greece, the HDPA).
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
